In a Beautiful Place Out in the Country
(2026)
I was born and raised in the same place, yet I never truly felt that I belonged. For a long time, I imagined living elsewhere, without ever actually leaving.
In recent years, I have moved through different spaces across Northern Europe, trying to question what time might feel like in other places—often idealizing them.
Through landscape, this series does not document a territory or map a journey. Instead, it constructs an open space where the desire to escape coexists with the impossibility of ever fully belonging.
